whats your motivation to losing weight and staying healthy? I was down to 150 in 2011 and now I am back up to 196 my goal is to lose that 46 pounds I gained in almost 2 years and never ever give up on my self again stress can take a toll on the body but we only have one so I am going to cherish it and take care of my it :)…
