Anyone every do P90X and still train for long distance events? For example, I am in the middle of triathlon and half marathon training, but was planning on starting P90X. Has anyone ever done anything like this successfully? Everyone I have talked to so far says I am crazy...am I?

Need some feedback on my training plan and goals
I have read through a lot of the forums, as well as a bunch of the triathlon magazines, and I think I have a good bearing now on how I will execute my training schedule. I don't know what these sites and books are smoking, but I think I might need some. They give these awesome recipes and then I find out that for…

How do I track my calories for weight lifting and strength t
So, I have read all of the posts about getting a heart rate monitor, etc etc. However, how do I capture my calories? There are no calories for Strength. Do I just select something like Aerobics? I did not see a category. I know this is a dumb question, but I couldn't find a forum post about it. Thanks for any help.
