I'm looking to lose about 20lbs. I'm borderline overweight, but not quite (145ish lbs). I've gained 20lbs though in the last couple years.
If so, add me please! :) 5'5" 135lbs. Want to lose about 15lbs, but if not, at least want to get used to eating within a healthy calorie range consistently, instead of overeating and under eating back and forth. Thanks!
