what kind of side effects can I expect?
Hey all, I just started a juice fast today and I have heard the first the days are the worst. What kind of side effects can I expect to feel? Someone told me that I should have prepared a well before hand? Will this make it worse, since I just jumped in? I would love to hearyour experiences. Thanks, Panda
