New in Illinois
I have changed my lifestyle about 3 weeks ago and have stuck to it. No soda, no meat that walks on 4 legs, no carbs. I allow myself a "cheat day" once a week. I feel better and notice my energy levels have gone up. I look forward to continuing on. :)
