Has anybody tried BPT "Whey Protein Crisps"? I have seen it on the web, but haven't tried yet. Each is about the size of a pea. Apparently you can eat them straight, or include them in recipes. They come in natural and chocolate flavors.
In the exercise diary, is the seven-day figure for calories burned calculated for a rolling seven days, or is it for a fixed week of seven days? If the latter, what are the first and last days of the week?
