So this weekend turned out to be my "cheat weekend".. I come to work this morning after my weekend of eating normal food (non diet & junk) and I gained 5 pounds..Is that even possible..?..Could it be water retension from all the salt and could being on my period play a role or was I really a fatty and gained real weight..?
