I'm working my first overnight since my diet, and noticing that I'm pretty hungry (or maybe bored??), does anyone have some good healthy snack suggestions, kind of getting sick of fresh veggies...
I'm really struggling to make 1200 calories, and have been significantly under since starting my diet. However I am eating 3 meals a day, plus 2-3 snacks a day, and I'm never hungry???! I also work out for at least an hour a day on top of all my other daily activities. Can eating under my calories be detrimental? Should I…
