Hey Everybody, So here's the deal. I weigh in tomorrow and I've done great this week.The problem is I need a meal that doesn't bloat me up the day I weigh in. I'm in desperate need for meal ideas for something that's both low carb and low sodium. The only thing I can come come up with is a salad. Any ideas? Thanks!
