My 100th Day Progress

Ground turkey and tomatoes - What should I cook?
I had planned to make meat ball stew using the very ripped tomatoes I have in my fridge but I no longer feel like making that for dinner. Do you have any ideas of what can I make for dinner using these two ingredients? If it's low carb, even better but all ideas are welcome.
