I've lost 70 lbs with MFP over the last 1.5 years. Now I've gained back 12 lbs, Finding it difficult to switch gears and get back on the program. I have such an appetite! Still exercising regularly though. Any suggestions?
Hello, I have recently reached my goal weight and I'm not sure how to go about changing the settings so I know how many calories to eat to not lose any more weight. I weigh 130lbs. Female, 5'3". 49 yo. Exercise at least 40 minutes 4 times a week. When I put these settings in, it says I should be eating about 1740 calories…
