Heeeeeeeeeelp me plz share your workout routine
I have been working out 5 days a week for an hour but I am only doing cardio(treadmill, bike, elliptical, and Zumba). I am no longer loosing weight. Can someone give me a strength training routine that works for them.At my gym cardio is upstairs and strength is downstair(alot of MEN down there) and I just dont want to look…
