I'm trying to add cracked seed to my log, but it's not in the database. (Shocker..lol) Been trying to find calorie content online, havent had much luck.... was wondering if anyone here, who is from Hawaii might be able to help?

sodium?
So, I have always stayed at or under my calories. Yesterday I had a crazy amount of sodium, but was still under my calories... today the scale was up a bit. (like a lb or more). Im wondering if it is do to all the sodium and if i drink a ton of water today, will i get back to where i was???

stupid question im sure, but......
........ what is " heavy lifting"? I have seen a couple posts with people saying how they use to use free weights, but have switched to heavy lifting/lifting heavy. I guess i thought heavy lifting was just using more weight then normal..lol. Clearly the newbie in me coming out.... :0)

hrm upgrading?
I would like to try one out, but cant really afford to spend alot on a new one right now. Have been checking ebay and craigslist but havent had any luck. Thought i'd check here to see if anyone might be upgrading or have an old one laying around that they might be interested in selling?

how to i figure out calories burned...
...... without a bodybugg or such? We did a massive clean up at a local natural area today. Took out a bunch of napweed and planted new trees. Worked in the sun for close to 3 hours. Then tonight went on a 3 mile bike ride. Just have no clue how to figgure out what i may have burned, or how to log it. (Can you tell i'm new…
