Just signed up today. My New Years Resolution was to lose 20 lbs. by June 1st. Midway thru, I decided to increase my weight loss to 200. Now that I'm at 210, I'm at a stand-still. I thought I could do it by myself, but I realize that I need a push and/ or more motivation. :)

I am also looking for a fitness pal. Someone to coach and to be coached. I'm pretty motivated, but I do have those days when I need someone to tell me to get your butt in the gym when I'm not feeling it, and someone to tell me to ease up when I'm over-doing it. 5 K Races
Are there any scheduled 5 K Races in the Chicago area? I ran my 3rd race of the year 2 weeks ago, but I haven't been able to find any more scheduled for May or June.
