I can't believe it! I am working out 3-4x a week, eating 1800 cal and can't fit into my pants anymore! Is this because I have gained weight or because of the muscle I have gained. The legs and butt area feel terribly tight; the waist is still OK. I feel so lousy now and it's kind of deflated my motivation.
