Trouble getting out of bed / lack of sleep
How many hours do you guys sleep at night? I can't help but always be so tired and getting out of bed in the mornings is hell for me. I usually go to bed around 11pm and wake up at 6am to run, but most of the time lie in until 7 when I really need to leave for work. Any tips?

I read somewhere that when exercising the body first burns off the consumed sugars and carbs that one has eaten that day and only after it's 'gone' it attacks fat tissue. Is there any truth in this? Thanks!
