How many hours do you guys sleep at night? I can't help but always be so tired and getting out of bed in the mornings is hell for me. I usually go to bed around 11pm and wake up at 6am to run, but most of the time lie in until 7 when I really need to leave for work. Any tips?

I was the same way then I discovered the Bob Marley Mellow Mood tea. I now sleep all night and feel rested in the morning. I swear by those things. I was not having trouble sleeping I just never felt rested. Now I am up before my alarm most days. The Lite 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade is my favorite.

This may sound nuts, but it's working for me...it might be helpful to you-I don't know.

I started doing my workouts early in the morning at 5:00AM...First of all, it helps me get my workout in daily. Second, it gives me more energy during the day. Third, it actually helps me sleep at night to get the exercise in the first place and ALSO since I had been up earlier, I was tired earlier too. I fall asleep and stay asleep.

Other things you can try are warm milk (there's actually a reason behind this...you can always flavor it or add decaf coffee or something), if you have a significant other, have them read to you-or get books on tape. Kind of the bedtime story idea. My fiancee is reading Game of Thrones to me. I just close my eyes and try to mentally picture what he's talking about. Or I listen to soothing music (Enya)...but you can find something else that relaxes you.

Moved all lights out of my room, even the clock. Worked for me and my husband. Plus now I have to walk to the bathroom to shut off the alarm. Then I pee and poof I am up! Good Luck.

I wake up at 6am to workout but there is no where I could do that if I went to bed at 11pm. By 9pm I start wrapping things up and try to get into bed before 10pm. It's also good to sit in a dim room before bedtime to wind down your internal clock, I was told this by 2 sleep specialists.

If you are tired... I suggest more sleep. Try to be in bed 15m to 30m earlier. If waking up at 6am isn't working, get up at 6:30am and do a 30m run instead.

Yesterday I had went to bed late and woke up early... lost a good 2, maybe 2.5hrs of sleep that way. Felt it all day.
