Would anyone be able to tell me if this is loose skin or fat, or both? I had my baby 6 weeks ago and was wondering what i'll have to deal with in the future. I'm aware that i'm still recovering and my stomach should get a little better though :)
It's been about 6 and a half months since I had my daughter. I've been on a calorie deficit, and going to the gym. Just recently I've added in strength training. I was wondering with more weight loss and toning ect, could I change the appearance of my stomach? Or is this going to just be a bunch of loose skin?
I had my daughter about 4 months ago, was left with this. I really hope it's just fat cause I can do something about it, with a lot of hard work I know.. Or .. is this loose skin? am I forever stuck with this hang on my belly? :/ Sorry for the scary large-ness by the way.
