I had my baby nearly 4 weeks ago. Before I got pregnant I was in a routine of kettle bell classes twice a week and doing 30 day shred. How long is it I have to wait before I can start doing these again. Would love to start asap
So I've just got the app and I also have a fitbit which I have just linked to my account. I'm 26 and I have a 3 month old son. I'm currently following slimming world bit looking at this seems fun and inspiring too. So gonna definitely give this a go and see how I do. Anyone want to add me as a friend please feel free to :-)
