Results from 30 day shred
Can anyone post that has finished Jillian's 30 day shred? What kind of results did you see (inches/pounds) and in your opinion was it worth it? I'm only on Day 6 of Level 1...and see lots of post from folks on Level 1....but I would love to hear some success stories from someone whose finished it. Pam U
