Turkey Pepperoni and Turkey Kielbasa Can we have these and if so how much? Thanks for any help. I didn't see it in the literature.
I am sticking to a fairly strict calorie guideline provided by my doctor (1100-1200). I have never heard of eating back your calories created by exercise until MFP. To me it seems like its negates the physical activity by eating more calories. What are your thoughts? Does everyone do this? :bigsmile:
