New personal challenge
I have decided that today is the day to start taking this weight issue seriously. I have an event in 15 weeks, and I want to lose about 20 lbs by then. I am currently at 208, and I need to start with manageable challenges instead big goals. You are welcome to encourage me, as I am going to need support along the way,

Treadmill vs spinning bike
I am thinking about getting a treadmill or a spinning bike for the house. My main goals are to lose weight and to tone my legs. Do you prefer one vs the other? I do not go to the gym, and I do not have knee problems.

new, need friends
So here I am, trying to get back on track. I have done WW in the past, and I lack the motivation to stick with it. I need to get to about 150 (currently 197) and I would like to have some friends for encouragement. I am 37, married with two kids.
