Still a newbie to MFP but im definitely finding that short bursts of a variety of different exercises are giving me great results in terms of inch loss...i recommend xhit on YouTube for easy to fit in work outs for women :-)

Has anyone had any success with this app long term? I have been using it sporadically, however I am determined to go the distance this time! Motivational support both needed & given!! Ideally I would like to lose 14lbs.
