Hello, I'm new here (clearly). Trying to get a handle on tracking my calories because exercise alone was not budging the scale at all. It certainly is showing me where I can improve (biggest downfall? I bake my own bread and nothing says 'yum' like fresh homemade bread). I'm going to get there eventually, I know I am!
