Hi! I'm Autumn. I've used MFP successfully in the past, but once I got married I stopped due to life being busy. I recently had a baby and I gained 45lbs. I still have 20 pounds to go. I want to be healthy for my little boy and my husband. I could really use help with getting started again and being accountable.
Has anyone else used MFP as a guide for nutrition during pregnancy? What are some tips for using this sight as a guide? I'm about 14 weeks now and I'm wanting to make sure I have a healthy diet especially during this time. Also to make sure I gain the appropriate amount of weight.
