Hello my new found friends....... I downloaded this ap on my iphone and found ya'll!!! Glad to be here!!! I have lost 21 pounds since May I am working out 5 days a week, and always struggling with my food, so hope this sheds some light on the things I am missing!!! And hopefully keep myself motivated!!!!
