Is anyone doing this and having some success? I ordered it and received the box today, but there were no DVD's included, so I need to waited another 5-7 days to get started on it. I'm hoping I still have the motivation I have today to get started and see some results.

It's my first day! I'm excited about actually starting a plan and actually being committed to sticking with that plan. I think this site will be a tremendous help. I can't wait to check out some of the recipes posted on here.
