I am strongly considering doing the Whole 30 during the month of August. I need to try and cleanup the "cheats" that seem to sneak their way into my diet. And, as an added bonus perhaps I'll make some progress in losing some of the left over "baby weight" that I've been carrying for 10 yrs. Anyone intested in joining me?
