Hi, i'm trying to lose those extra 4kg but just can't do it! So me and my friend joined MFP and hopefully i can finally lose those 4 extra kg and be happy! Few years ago my weight was about 73kg and i lost 20kg in 6 months but now i cant get rid of few extras. Hopefully i will be able to lose them! Huh! Wish me luck :)
