I've been on here for about 2-3 weeks and I have to say logging what you eat everyday definitely puts into perspective the amount of calories that are consumed. I can happily say I can see the weight coming off:) I'm also open to new friends to have for support and to support on their journey to a healthy lifestyle!
I have tried doing this website thing before but I quit due to not being disciplined. I've started working out and eating healthy last week, but got side tracked and am back on track as of today. Feels great.
