It's about being healthy
I've been using MFP for a few years on and off but not being really serious about it. Two years ago by dad passed away from complications from diabetes and he used to always tell me to be careful because he didn't want me ever get diabetes. So this isn't about being model skinny anymore it's about being healthy now. :smile:
