Not Understanding Net...?
I feel like an idiot... MFP set me at 1200. I bumped it to 1300 because I think 1200 is too low (if it's not, I'll drop back down). Can someone though explain to me what net is? I'm not understanding this at all? And, for the stupider question... To burn 500 calories, does that mean cut 250 from the diet and exercise out…
