Long Term Posties
I'm almost 8 years out (November will be 8yrs) and my last visit to my surgeon was in 2007 before moving to Wisconsin. I haven't had blood work done. I love pepitas!
So I'm wondering... After 7 1/2 years I notice that the snacks I reach for are usually protein rich, even when I'm not trying.. I eat seeds and nuts frequently.. almonds and pepitas most often.. pumpkin seeds (shells and all.. YUM!) and I wasn't a fan pre-op. What are your favorite healthy snacks? Do you also still go…
