Just did this yesterday and they are lovely-dissolve a good tablespoon of Marmite(or vegemite)in boiling water add to sunflower ,pumpkin or any seeds you fancy and put them in a slow oven for a few hours.When most of liquid has dissolved, transfer to a baking tray and turn oven off but leave seeds in warm oven.Once they…

Have done my food diary and need to delete an item-not had it yet but added it to snacks,planning on having that item for supper.Have gone over my fats and wont be eating it now.Have not pressed the completed section yet.

Hi,just started this aswell,I have lost 6 stone but it took me years and unfortunatly over the past 3 years my weight has just stuck.Will give this a try as I cant afford to join Weightwatchers etc,but sometimes you need a bit of support.I live in Northumberland by the way.
