I'm David from Plant City, FL. I lost a good amount of weight a few years ago with the help of this app. Between laziness, health issues, and busy family life I've gained it all back. Hoping to get some motivation here and make some progress in the right direction .
I have low back problems to where I cant put a lot of pressure on my low back. What's some good exercises to get my legs stronger? I can't do squats or leg presses or things like that. Thanks
