Hi Everyone! My name is Susan. I need friends for support and encouragement. This is too difficult to do alone! I have only lost 5 pounds in 7 weeks. Chronic pain issues makes it hard to get as much exercise as I need to really make a big enough difference on the scale. HELP!!!
