Anyone from Halifax or Nova Scotia, Canada?
Hi there! I live in Halifax, NS and just rec'd word that I am in the next group of 50 up for the VSG surgery here in Halifax- as long as I pass all tests/interviews I guess...which "shouldn't" be a problem lol I was just wondering if anyone else on this forum is from my area or anywhere in Nova Scotia thanks! Canadian- 39 - 140lbs to lose- HI!! :D
Hey there! I'm from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada- 39yrs old. I lost 80lbs Jan-Nov'2012- gained 45lbs back by spring'13- held that weight til now- trying hard to get back on that train :) I like eating 'relatively clean' wherever possible Just wanted to new MFP friends :) Thanks!! Sonya

Eating clean and have a lot of weigh to lose- or has lost?
Looking for people that are trying to eat as clean as possible- but not ridiculously strict. People who either have a lot of weight to lose or have lost a lot. People who don't find sharing their food diary so I can get some new snack/meal ideas :) I have 140+lbs to lose- I lost 80- gained 35- and now back on track again…
