Fav salad .....
So I was on Pinterest and found a salad and tried it and omg!!!! My new fav!! Here it is : Spinach , tomato , avocado, onion ,salt and pepper , and fresh squeezed lemon ... It's was delish!!!! Any other good salads out there ?

Well I have been using the fitness pal app for a bit now but came across this site and never new there was one lol I find it pretty motivating ....I like it !!
