Trying again
Hello, trying again! I became an empty Nester about a year ago and empty nest syndrome is very real! I’ve been having a hard time and gained about 15 pounds I want to lose it plus more. My kids and little grandson are 1500 miles away and it’s hard not seeing them! I’m trying to do this for myself!
