What measurements are MFP using for macros?
I was scolding myself for not reaching my iron levels recently, but I noticed that MFP is saying I have to get 100 "units" of iron each day, whereas the RDI of iron for an 18yo female is about 15mg/day. Pulled a semi all-nighter to get an essay written, and now I'm not sure whether I should get a really crappy sleep (2.5 hours) or I should have a somewhat delerious and unproductive day tomorrow and then have a (very) early night when I get home.
