Probably didn't eat enough today, because it's late and I'm hungry! My calories were only a tick over 1000, and not enough protein. Should I just go to bed, or eat something and risk it settling on my thighs since it's so late?
I am loving this site! I just stumbled upon it, trying to find a food/exercise journal template to keep track of things. I just started the "Body for Life for Women", hoping to lose the weight I regained (arrrrg!) after loosing 60 pounds 5 years ago. I didn't regain all of it, but if I don't watch out, I will!
