So; food is fuel. That can't be denied. Nutrients, not calories - that's what I hear from my trainer all the time. Now, as far as diet and exercise go; I'm pretty decent. I try to work out at least 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. I drink my water. I stick to my vegetarianism.
