Hi, Unfortunately my doctor does not want me to take a hormone/birth control. I was wondering if anyone has heard of or taken Chaste Tree Berry or Vitex? This is an herb that stimulates leutenizing hormone so it is not an actual hormone. I'm a little wary of taking this because herbs are not regulated by the FDA however…
