How do some of you manage your cravings for salty and/or sugary foods? I'm still staying under my calories and slowly meeting my weight loss goals. 21 days, and it's a habit!
Hello fellow MFPers, I'm on day 22 of my lifestyle change and using MFP. I woke up at 6AM, and instead of staying in the bed sleeping in the first thing I thought about was getting my workout on. I think I'm finally hooked on this workout thing, and it feels exhilarating! Anyone else having that feeling? :bigsmile:
