has anyone ever experience this? saturday i'd lost 5 lbs, today i've gained 4 lbs. my diet has not changed. i'm totally confused and trying not to FREAK OUT. lol. i'd really appreciate if someone could share some insight on their experience with this. thanks.
today, i'm having a hard time being focused on eating healthy. i don't feel any excitement about what i plan to eat. the only thing that's keepin me on track is the prepared foods i have available in my lunch bag. i just wish it wasn't such a chore to eat right. why can't i just automatically eat the right things?
