My goals are to eat more, walk more, be more active and just have fun! After 4 years of constant focus on health and fitness I took a year off. Lesson learned! Don't ever quit.
Back at it and I'm not ever quitting again!! If anyone would like more friends and support feel free to add me. Back pain has me limited to yoga and of course clean eating. It's really not that bad though. I'm finding I really do love yoga

Looking for more active friends!
I do insanity in the early am and will start strength training in the evening. I started my lifelong journey of healthy fit lifestyle this year. It was my new years resolution. I want to be a hard body! I have three kids and I want to show myself and the world nothing is impossible!! How about you?
