So let's start one.
At my heaviest, I was over 230 lbs. I had already lost around 10lbs when I joined MFP. So whenever I get discouraged because the scale hasn't moved for a while I go out to my garage and pick up one of these and think about strapping it to my back and carrying it around for a day.
I haven't done P90X in a couple of years, but I'm starting again today. I did the fitness test yesterday and surprised myself with some of my results by doing better than I thought I would. Can't wait to see and post some before and after pics. Anybody else out there starting today or just started this past week?
