Hi. I was wondering if anyone has used any kind of fit wristbands to assist with weight loss? I did use an activity tracker from weight watchers and I liked it, but it only tracked how far I walked. I saw an ad here on MFP for UP24 by Jawbone. Was curious of peoples experiences.
I have cut back drinking since trying to start this diet. When I do drink it may be a "little" too much. When I'm hungover I normally run to greasy nasty food and soda! Does anyone have any healthy alternatives to this to fill that craving while hungover? I make my worst decisions then (hence me cutting back drinking).
