Is this plan okay?
I'm lacto-ovo-vegan... And I indulge some weeks with sweets.. But my primary exercises would dancing (choreographed), yoga and walking(i'm naturally a fast walker..) i used to run but it doesn't make me comfortable.. I do some sports too... And I stand and walk the whole day.
