i add in pregnancy 2nd trimester gives -300 cal a day is this correct in wat im doin? thanx guys wanted to get back on the wagon while preg as i kw its really hard to lose after baby

i got told you can set mfp to dif cals when preg but i cnt see where u add that you are pregant any1 know thanx

do u feel bad when
you eat like bad food like chips n choc and stuff even if your within your cal goal? as i strugle with this i feel guilty eating what i cal bad foods :(

protein is it bad to
go over you daily MFP limit? as carbs and fat i never eat them all but sum days i go over with protein is this bad?

well i finally wayed and not hapi
i have to make myself stick to this as i dnt wana be ths big for summer god i used to be so slim its really hard facing how much ive gained im feelin really down today but really determined to sick at this weight loss journey
